Prof.Fukuda received Foreign
Minister commendation in 1998 for conducting geothermal training
course at Kyushu University.
The late prime minister, Mr.Obuchi,
handed a certificate of commendation to Prof.Fukuda. Mr.Obuchi
was a minister of Foreign Affairs at that time. |
